• Allow for a production time of 2-3 business days, followed by shipping times of 2-10 business days via Australia Post.

• Pay via debit or credit card through Stripe.

• Understand that we do not accept returns due to the nature of print-on-demand. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order.

For incorrect orders, please contact us as soon as possible. If a print has already been produced, you may be responsible for production costs, but you’ll receive a refund or credit for the remainder.

5. Liability

Stink is responsible for ensuring your print is in good condition until marked ‘delivered’ by the delivery agent. After that, we are not liable for any damage that occurs. If you have issues upon arrival, please reach out to us for assistance.

6. Limited Warranties

We make no guarantees regarding: 

(a) The completeness or accuracy of the information available on our website;
(b) The timeliness of the material on the website;
(c) The ongoing availability of the website or any services offered;
(d) The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of our services;
(e) The accurate representation of product images, including colour, as displayed on your computer monitor.
